Allows the user to create, absorb, manipulate, and turn into ice. The user can also lower the temperature of another body if he or she maintains contact with it. The user is also immune to hypothermia, frostbite or any other cold-related diseases.

The user can absorb objects and attacks and redirect them back at others, either by sucking them into a dark mist which spreads from the user, or into the user's body itself.
