Ranks

We need some real ranks on here

like for the aclemist could have:

new alchemist (givin right when the user joins)
state alchemist (givin when the user gets X amount of posts)
Cournal (givin when the user pasts a test giving by the group mod)

these could just be changed to fit each section

Well I did add alot of normal ranks because Seshi only had two. But tbh what's the point of having ranks in the groups other than the leader, and non-leaders? If we had some sort of battle system then that'd make more sense, but guess what? We don't.
